Protection and handling
Every door is individually packaged for transport. Millwork elements are numbered and grouped by installation zone. Handling and temporary on-site storage instructions are supplied with delivery.
The site reality guides the way we work
A contractor does not have time to wait three days for an answer. They need a fast quote, a firm schedule and a supplier that delivers what they promised, when they promised it. MICHELENA operates as a site partner, not a retailer. Direct communication with the technical team, proactive production tracking and delivery coordination aligned with work progress.
Delivery synchronized with work progress
Doors and millwork arrive on site at the right moment. Not too early (risk of damage during construction), not too late (schedule delay). The delivery schedule is set at order and adjusted in real time based on progress.

From quote to site delivery
Four steps to integrate MICHELENA products into the construction schedule.
Plans and specifications sent in. The workshop responds with a detailed quote in 48 to 72 hours including prices, lead times and conditions.
Order confirmed and production schedule set. Delivery date fixed based on expected site progress.
For a contractor, two things matter: that the order arrives at the right moment and that no surprise appears on installation day. The team sends weekly updates on progress and flags any slip before, not after, it happens.
Delivery on the agreed date. Pieces numbered and grouped by zone. Technical support available by phone on installation day.
Why contractors choose the workshop
What contractors gain by choosing a direct manufacturer rather than a distributor.
Responsiveness
Quotes in 48 to 72 hours. Technical questions answered the same day. No wait queue, no transfer between departments.
Reliability
The schedule is met. If a delay is unavoidable, it is communicated upstream with a fallback. The contractor can plan the rest of the work with confidence.
Verifiable quality
Every door and every cabinet leaves one workshop, RBQ-licensed. Manufacturing consistency removes surprises at site reception.
Contractor questions
Four questions come back almost every time from contractors placing their first orders: quote time, delivery flexibility, installation support, commercial terms. The answers follow.
48 to 72 hours after receiving plans and specifications. For urgent requests, a preliminary estimate can be provided the same day.
Yes, where possible. We adapt to schedule changes by storing finished products if needed. A 2-week notice is recommended for date changes.
Yes. A technician is available by phone on installation day to answer questions. For complex mandates, on-site presence can be arranged.
Both. One-off project orders are handled individually. Contractors who order regularly can benefit from commercial terms suited to their volume.
