The advantage of entrusting millwork to MICHELENA lies in the infrastructure already in place. The same machines, the same teams and the same wood species serve to build the doors and the furniture. No subcontracting, no coordination between separate suppliers.

  White oak kitchen cabinets matched to the interior doors. Walnut wall panels extending the framing of the openings. Mahogany executive desk coordinated with the entry door of the lobby. This coherence is only possible when everything leaves the same manufacturing site, in St-Eustache, RBQ-licensed.

Do you only build doors?

No. We also build kitchens, offices, walk-in closets, tables and wall paneling, using the same equipment and the same artisans as for the doors.

Can millwork be ordered without ordering doors?

Yes. The service is independent. That said, clients who combine both benefit from material coherence and simplified coordination.

Which wood species are available?

The eight catalog species are available: white oak, red oak, sapele mahogany, maple, birch, cherry, black walnut and poplar. Each lends itself to different results. For more exotic species, we can source on request.

Do you work with interior designers and architects?

Regularly. We collaborate with professionals to translate their plans into completed work. Technical drawings, finish samples and prototypes are supplied based on the mandate’s needs.

What is the lead time for this type of project?

Lead time depends on the nature and scale of the mandate. A residential table can be delivered in a few weeks; a full walk-in or an executive office requires more time in production. The precise schedule is confirmed at quote, after validation of plans and finishes.
