Product training and ongoing support
Initial training on species, finishes and available configurations. Updates when new ranges are introduced. Technical support by phone or email to answer end-client questions. The St-Eustache workshop, RBQ-licensed, remains the technical contact behind every sale.
Join the MICHELENA distributor network
Our workshop primarily operates on direct sales but collaborates with a selected network of distributors and retailers who share the same quality standards. Becoming a distributor means offering your client base a product made entirely in Quebec, in solid wood, with a level of customization that industrial catalogs cannot reproduce.
What the distribution program includes
The program is designed to give the distributor the tools to represent the product with confidence. The workshop provides technical support, training and supply of presentation material.

Why distribute MICHELENA
What the program brings to the retailer and their clients.
Differentiating product
Custom solid wood doors stand apart from the standard offering in hardware stores and big-box retailers. They attract a high-end clientele looking for quality and exclusivity.
Margin on a premium product
Our high-end positioning allows margins above mass-market products. The perceived value for the end client supports the price and reduces pressure on negotiation.
Direct manufacturer as partner
No intermediary between the distributor and the workshop. Technical questions, modifications and order tracking go directly through the manufacturing team.
Become a distributor in four steps
From the initial inquiry to the first order.
Initial contact by email or phone. Presentation of the point of sale, the target clientele and the desired territory.
The workshop assesses fit with our positioning. Presentation of commercial terms, expected volumes and territorial exclusivities.
Product training for the sales team. Delivery of samples, catalog and showroom material. Set-up of the order channel.
Placing the first order with workshop guidance. Manufacturing follow-up and coordinated delivery to the point of sale or directly to the end client.
Questions from potential distributors
Five points to clarify before signing as a distributor: minimum volume, exclusivity, delivery, marketing support, returns. Here they are.
No. No minimum volume is required to become a distributor.
We are open to discussing territorial exclusivity in regions where we are not currently present or that are too distant to serve effectively.
Per the distributor’s preference. Delivery can be made to the point of sale or directly to the end client. Both options are available.
Species and finish samples, digital content for the distributor’s website and high-resolution product photos. For our most engaged distribution partners, we also provide a MICHELENA door as a sample for their showroom.
Given the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do, however, stand behind the quality of our doors and take responsibility for any manufacturing defect, with a clear commitment to the full satisfaction of our clients.
