Job Description
Starting Date: As soon as possible.
Salary to discuss depending on experience.
Schedule from 7 am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours).
We are a company involved in the design of high-end solid wood doors in full expansion and that is why we are looking for a day laborer – cabinetmaker helper to join our team!
If you have good manual skills and are familiar with a tape measure with imperial measurements, you are the wanted candidate.

Cabinetmaker
Job Description
Starting Date: As soon as possible.

Schedule from 7 am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday (40 hours).
We are a company involved in the design of high-end solid wood doors in full expansion and that is why we are looking for a cabinetmaker to join our team!
As part of your duties, you will:
- Cut, assemble and pre-glue pieces of wood, materials and others
- Apply glue for gluing wood and laminate
- Prepare and install moldings (sometimes)
- To arrange different woods (grain uniformity)
- Sand the surfaces of wooden panels
- Make cutting adjustments
- Use woodworking machines such as: edger, timesaver, moulder, shaper, glider, press and guillotine
- Know how to use a tape measure (unit of measure)
- All other related tasks
Requirements and Skills
- Knowledge of wood species
- Have experience in the manufacture of furniture or wooden doors (5 years or more in cabinet making)
- Ability to perform a wide variety of wood related tasks
- Sens of organization
- Punctuality, diligence, dynamism
- Attention to detail and work well done
- To be calm
- Minutia, dexterity and speed
- Easy to work in a team
